India has made very good growth in recent years that has been led by the services sector. BPO/KPO sector has been the most noticeable aspect that has been rising with big boom. This trend of off-shoring is certainly expected to continue and India is going to face the challenge of generating an appropriate response by appropriate supply to retain the existing advantage that it has right now.

It is noticeable that people in India are spending nearly $4 billion in a year to give their children abroad for higher studies and training so that they can attain technical excellence thus there is no reason for India for not emerging as a global preferable hub for higher education and technical training. The real challenge is therefore to expand capabilities in higher education to be able to keep up with the existing pace and advantage in the field and keep up with the rising domestic and global demand.

However, this is supposed to be a well known dilemma. India comprises of huge population of uneducated children (or Undereducated Children) and according to the Constitution, Basic education is the fundamental right to every person and government provides for free and compulsory education up to the age of 14. The country also has the noticeable distinction of having one of the highest levels of illiteracy in the whole world.

The system of public education is in advanced stage of being highly disrepair and Disarrayed at all levels. Clearly, there is a need to allocate far more resources and attention to ensure that the future generations are equipped sufficiently to operate in a knowledgeable economy and healthy environment.

The governments both at the Center and in the States need to consider at the fact to Take care of the same Thus, India needs to find a sustainable strategy that will enable it to address the multiple challenges in the education sector for improving literacy and simplifying and universalizing access to quality basic and secondary education and at the same time it needs to ensure an adequate Supply of higher skills and technically trained manpower that will make India and the world a better and more capable place.
